Accelerate social mobility &
build talent pipelines
We make it as easy for you to open doors for your local young people and hire your favourites.

Easy for your people to shape the life of a local young person
Our smart-matching process, 16-25 age focus and streamlined microplacement (1 hour to 1 day) approach makes work experience easy and beneficial for employers.
Logistics handled by us
You open doors for your local community
You build relationships with talented young people who closely align with your purpose and personalities.
How we find the connection
Cultural add: Young people choose you based on shared economic, social or environmental goals.
Behavioural add: We smart-match them with an employee who shares their personality, motivations and reasoning skills using the latest behaviour science and three short assessments.
The result? Your local young people discover new careers and learn from staff who think like them. Your employees get to give the advice they wish they had received.

The New Work Experience:
5 Benefits for Employers
-
Our goal is to make it so easy that everyone is willing to spend time hosting a young person from their community. We remove the time-consuming tasks of contacting schools, selecting students, and planning activities.
-
Work experience needs to be both easy and impactful. We pair young people and employees using the latest behaviour science across personalities, reasoning skills and motivations. Employees share the advice they wish they had received, which parts of their job they love, which parts they don't, what other roles they considered and how to land their job.
-
Not Impossible employers shape the lives of their local young people but in doing so build a pipeline of talent that has a similar cultural and behavioural profile to their high performers. They are able to hire quicker, cheaper and with more success.
-
We work with purpose-led organisations. Those who believe in hiring based on potential not background and those who believe we have a responsibility to look after our local communities. Our supporters get exclusive use of the Not Impossible mark demonstrating their commitment to accelerating UK social mobility.
-
Win win is overused, however this is our goal.
Employers meet their next star hire, build teams that resemble their local communities and provide their employees with meaningful volunteer opportunities.
Young people build networks, try out several careers and learn from employers what they need to do to land their dream job.
